Return Policy
At Beautifully Handled, we take pride in the quality of our beautiful drawer handles and knobs but if you have any issues with any item/s please read the following policy.
1. Eligibility for a refund
We accept returns on full-priced items up to 30 days after receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unused and in original packaging.
2. Send us an email
Please email us at info@beautifullyhandled.com.au to discuss your concerns about your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. The return postage is at your own cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Exceptions/non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
4. In the event of any faulty items
Please inspect your order upon receipt of items and contact us immediately if there are any issues so that we can evaluate and rectify any discrepancies. If you believe your item to be faulty, please email us at info@beautifullyhandled.com.au and send us a few clear photos of the fault. If the handle was broken or damaged during installation, we are not liable to replace it.
5. Track your item
We’re not responsible or liable for any missing packages on their return to us, so hold onto any tracking numbers, just in case.
What happens next
We will notify you of the outcome of your return request. If approved and a refund is granted, you'll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process the refund.
